Cockatoo

Cockatoos are birds so they fly and their
crests are very colorful. Cockatoos can grow to be 12 – 13
inches long and they can grow to be 100 years old. They
should not be alone in a cage. Cockatoos have pretty crest. Crest is the hair
on the top of their head. The bird raises his crest according to their mood.
It depends on the kind of cockatoo if you want to know its color. A cockatoo
lives in Australia. Every Cockatoo has a crest. Cockatoos are in the parrot
family. They make as much noise as possible! They are very proud of their crest.
Cockatoos eat seeds, nuts, grain, fruit, vegetables, berries, and
roots. Their beak is curved. There are 7 different species of
cockatoos. Cockatoos can learn to mimic your own voice! Cockatoos are
great, wonderful, tame, and clever animals!
