Volunteer for the Women’s Panel

Wednesday, April 16

Moms…..We are planning a career panel of women for girls in grades 3, 4, and 5.  In the past, participants included a female veterinarian, an air traffic controller, and engineers.  I welcome help in contacting participants.  If you would like to help me organize and coordinate, or know someone we should invite, please call the school or email Deb Williams at dwilliam@mpsomaha.org.

SPRING FITNESS CLUB

Get your tennis shoes ready!  The Fitness Club is open to any 3rd, 4th or 5th graders.  We walk every

Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:00—8:25 a.m.  The club will run from April 1—May 22.  Students will not come if it is raining.  Hope to see you all there.

ILP – Individual Learning Plan

If your child did not pass a district ELO (Essential Learner Outcome) assessment in 2006-07, you received an ILP.  The grade and the assessment have been checked.

On the back, there are several strategies we use to review and support your child during the school year.  We are also reviewing skills for assessments they will be taking this year.

At the bottom, please check one of the choices and return the entire form to your child’s teacher.  This is placed in their cumulative file.  If you have questions, please contact Deb Williams, Instructional Facilitator at 715-2900.
