Recognition Received: 

1995 Metropolitan Reading Council administrator award for exceptional leadership in the advancement of literacy in our schools and in our community.
1995 An Aldrich teacher was named the Nebraska Teacher of the year.
1996 Milken Family Foundation Award was presented to an Aldrich teacher. The goal of the Milken Family Foundation is to honor outstanding K-12 educators for the quality of their teaching and their professional leadership.
1996 Two teachers received the Presidential Excellence Award for Math and Science.
1997 Aldrich teachers and students were featured on Nebraska Education Television. The program was titled Meeting Individual Learning Styles.
1999 An Aldrich teacher received the Millard Education Foundation Teacher of the year.
2001 Bess Streeter Aldrich received the National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award.
