Chess Club meets on Friday mornings 8:00 - 8:35 in the Media Center.

Chess Club will have the first “teaching session” on
Friday, September 5 for KG and Grades 1 and 2. Grades 3, 4,
and 5 will met on Friday, September 12 for their “teaching session”.
I have purchased the latest version of the Chess Master computer program, offering wonderful lessons for both beginners and the more advanced players. The children will have an opportunity to practice what they have learned through their chess play days. Monthly schedules are:

1st Friday—KG, 1, 2 Teaching Session
2nd Friday—Grades 3, 4, 5 Teaching Session
3rd Friday—KG, 1, 2 Playing Session
4th Friday—Grades 3, 4, 5 Playing Session
5th Friday—Any fifth Fridays are open to all students
