This book was beautifully written. I'm pretty sure why the author chose to leave the reader wondering about the ending - but it was unsatisfying in the sense that the situation wasn't resolved with daughter meeting mother. It was confusing to have the author alternate character stories by chapter. and that hurt the continuity of the book. The book did describe drug use and had references to sex - so the content is mature. Overall the message of the book was awesome. The is a first book for the author who has great future potential. - MNHSb |
