Hi, my name is Daryl Jahn. I am a teacher in Omaha Nebraska and have been involved in fantasy football for many years.
A little history on my team: The team was founded during the 1992 season in Bakersfield California. DJ's Vikes inaugural season was it's most successful, winning the leagues super bowl. The second year was also a very successful season, finishing second in the league. After the second season, the team was moved to it's new home in Omaha, Nebraska. Team officials have been discouraged since the move, because the team has not done jack. Team owner Mr. Jahn blames harsh weather conditions of the area and a severe drinking problem during the draft.
Last year was not a good season for the Vikes - finishing 7-7, not finding a spot in the playoffs. But the Vikes had good luck winning the two looser bowl games, getting back a little bit of what was invested.
DJ's Vikes has been a part of the Hel league for the past several years, and the statistics are not pretty. But optimism is running high for the new year.
