Prerequisites:  Student must have Junior or Senior academic status.    Student must have at least a 3.50 cummulative GPA at the time MNHS rolls grades after second semester of each school year.    Student must have completed at least 10 hours of community service.   Student must have completed at least one semester at Millard North prior to selection.     Eligible students are invited to complete a Student Activity Information Form.  (This does not automatically imply membership)     Activity Information Forms are anonymously reviewed by a 5-member Faculty Council.     Selected members are notified by mail.     Students not selected for membership are notified by mail, and advised about using the appeal process.
