This program promotes educational excellence and expands diverse learning opportunities for both students and adults. Project PAYBAC is based on the philosophy that a partnership developed between a business and a school should be beneficial to both parties and support mutually agreed upon goals.

The instructional focus identified in the Sandoz strategic plan is Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences. We have community partners who represent each of the eight intelligences. The Sandoz Student Council is an active part of the partnership with Project PAYBAC and this opportunity gives our students excellent practice in the areas of leadership, community involvement, and the importance of lifelong learning.
