Susan Anglemyer graduated from Kansas State University in 1985 with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Susan played varsity tennis for KSU on a full ride scholarship all four years.

After graduation she taught second grade in Colorado for the next three years. Then she moved to back to Kansas and taught another six years and completed her Master's Degree in 1991 from Fort Hays State University.

Currently she lives in Omaha, Nebraska where she has lived for the last twelve years. She has served as a teacher at Anderson Middle School and Cody Elementary School, instructional facilitator at Cottonwood Elementary School, assistant principal at Cather Elementary School and as the Elementary Summer School Director. This is Susan's tenth year as principal of Sandoz Elementary School.
